Ingredients:

500 grams of meat (mutton or beef) 3 medium-sized potatoes, cut into small pieces 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped 3 tomatoes, chopped 2 green chilies, chopped 1 inch ginger, grated 4-5 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 3 tablespoons oil 1/2 cup water Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions:

Wash and clean the meat and cut it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry onions, ginger, and garlic until the onions turn golden brown. Now add tomatoes and green chilies and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the meat and fry until the color of the meat changes and the oil separates. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add potatoes and water, close the cooker, and cook for 4-5 whistles or until the meat and potatoes are cooked well. Let the cooker cool down, then open it and add garam masala and coriander leaves before serving.
