  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

  1. Preparing the Meat Mixture:

    • In a large pot, combine the minced meat, chana dal, finely chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water.
